- All holsters/mag carriers are made in the beautiful USA and the average wait time is 1-3 weeks
- Each product manufactured by us comes with a limited lifetime warranty
- Warranty covers normal use (training, playing paintball)
Breakage resulting from inappropriate use (for example by leaving your holster/mag carrier in car on a hot day, putting it in a dishwasher, jumping on it, etc.) isn’t covered.
- All items are made to order, there are no exchanges or returns unless a mistake was made on our end.
- All orders are dropped off at authorized shipping centers, we are not responsible for them after that. If your package gets lost in transit or stolen please contact the carrier.
- For custom kydex prints you have to provide a good quality file, size and placement of logo, etc. Prints are made by a third party seller and we are not responsible for the results of the custom print.
- We buy parts (mounts, level II retention hoods, etc.) from their manufacturers and therefore you need to file warranty claims with them.
